Check-in and check-out
- Check-in: from 14:00.
- Check-out: by 10:00.
- Early arrival or late departure can be arranged on request, subject to availability.
Number of guests
- Only guests registered in advance on the booking may stay in the apartment.
- Visitors are not allowed in the apartment.
- Occupancy above the maximum capacity is not allowed.
Smoking
- Smoking is FORBIDDEN in the apartments and in indoor areas.
- Smoking is only permitted in the designated outdoor areas.
- Breaking this rule results in an extra cleaning fee.
Pets
- Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
- The only exception is a case agreed and approved in writing in advance.
Peace and quiet
- Quiet hours: 22:00–07:00.
- Please be considerate of the neighbours and the other guests.
- Loud music, events and parties are not allowed.
The order and cleanliness of the apartment
- Please leave the apartment in the condition in which you found it.
- Please wash the dishes or put them in the dishwasher.
- Please put rubbish in the designated bins.
- In case of damage to furniture or furnishings, the cost of repair or replacement is charged to the guest.
Parking
- Free parking is available at the apartment.
- We accept no liability for vehicles parked in the car park.
- Please park in the designated area.
Valuables
- We accept no liability for valuables left in the apartment.
- Please keep your valuables in the safe (where available).
Fires
- Lighting fires in the apartment or in the garden is not allowed.
- Barbecuing is only possible in the designated area, after prior arrangement.
Payment and cancellation
- A deposit may be required to confirm the booking.
- Cancellation terms are provided at the time of booking.
- Please let us know about a cancellation as soon as possible.
