The Privilege apartment is an ideal choice for 2 adults with 1–3 children, or for 2–3 adults. The spacious, ~50 m² self-contained guesthouse has two separate bedrooms and its own garden area, offering families a comfortable, peaceful stay – whether for a short weekend or a longer holiday.

Open-plan kitchen, living and sleeping area with a large double bed, a wardrobe wall and a dining area for 4–5 people.
Kitchen equipment: sink, fridge, gas hob, microwave, coffee machine, dishes etc.
A 40" LCD TV in the living room (~30 channels), a 32" LCD TV in the separate bedroom (~30 channels).
The bathroom and WC are spacious, with a shower.
Heating with air conditioning and panel heaters, and hot water is provided.
Fast, secure Wi-Fi with a private router in the apartment.
Air conditioning: a separate unit in both rooms. A free-standing, oscillating fan is also available.
Parking: on the street in front of the house (camera-covered). On request, closed parking can be arranged about 50 m away.
