The Studio apartment is primarily ideal for families: two separate rooms open from the hallway. The larger room has a 1.8 m wide double bed, plus 2 single beds in the part of the larger room that can be separated with a curtain, while the smaller room offers a 1.6 m double bed for a comfortable night’s sleep.

Opening from the upstairs hallway:
- The larger room: 1.8 m double bed, wardrobe wall, 2 armchairs, table, 40" TV (~30 channels) plus a small terrace; in the separate part of the large room, separable by a curtain, 2 single beds of 90x200 cm and a table with 4 chairs.
- The smaller room also opens from here: 1.6 m double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, 2 armchairs with a table, 32" TV.
- Bathroom with a bath tub and WC (spacious and bright) and a separate kitchen-dining room on the ground floor (sink, gas hob, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, dishes).
An internal staircase connects the kitchen with the upper floor.
Separate Wi-Fi router; air conditioning in both rooms plus a free fan.
Parking: for 1 car, in a camera-covered area.
